Purpose-built for charging 6S LTO batteries, including our 6S LTO banks and prebuilt 6S LTO battery systems. Designed for vehicles where you can't fit an aftermarket alternator, allowing you to run a dedicated 15.4V secondary charge system while keeping the factory charging system untouched.

- Output: 15.4V (ideal for 6S LTO)
- Boost remains active between input voltage and the 15.4V target
- As output voltage approaches input voltage, current increases up to the capability of the vehicle's input charging system
- Units can be run in parallel for larger systems
Due to their solid-state design, these chargers respond to dynamic current demand significantly faster than an alternator. They cannot be directly compared to alternator output – voltage regulation and transient response under heavy load are far superior, making them ideal for high-demand 6S LTO setups.
Installation requirements
- Input current requirement is approximately 35% higher than rated output (e.g. 130A output needs approx. 175A input supply)
- Fuse at 35% above rated output current: 60A → ~80A, 100A → ~135A, 130A → ~175A
- Minimum 0 AWG (50mm²) cable on both input and output
- Must be used with a 500A relay on the input side (can be supplied)

- Must be securely mounted and protected from moisture and excessive heat
- Recommended operating range 14.8–15.5V; vehicle charging system must be healthy and properly regulated
Incorrect wiring, over-voltage, under-voltage or charging system faults can damage lithium batteries and will void warranty. Power capability depends on overall system design, wiring quality, alternator output and tuning.
Lightweight power
At 5kg, the 20Ah LTO battery is a massive weight saving compared with a typical 100Ah AGM lead-acid battery at 25–30kg. To get similar usable high-discharge performance from AGM you would typically need at least three 100Ah AGM batteries – 75–90kg versus 5kg.
